2026 Yanolja Group New Leaders Welcome Ceremony

In April 2025, at Yanolja Group's 20th Anniversary Celebration, Sujin, the Group CEO of Yanolja, shared a meaningful message.
All members of Yanolja Group, that is, our Happy Makers, took those words to heart.
Eight months later, as Yanolja Group looks ahead to the next decade of possibilities expanding beyond Korea to help realize dream journeys for people around the world, we have welcomed three leaders who will guide both our present and our future.

Then, in January 2026, to mark a new chapter in Yanolja Group's journey and to celebrate the appointment of our three new leaders, we held the 2026 Yanolja Group New Leaders Welcome Ceremony.


As the 2026 Yanolja Group New Leaders Welcome Ceremony marked the first official occasion for the three leaders to meet Happy Makers of Yanolja Group face to face, it drew enthusiastic interest and attention from across the organization.
The 10X Hall, which accommodates up to 300 people, was filled to capacity for the event.
Meanwhile, some Happy Makers gathered in small groups around screens throughout the building to watch the ceremony live, while others from branch offices across the country joined via YouTube livestream, sharing the moment together.

The 2026 Yanolja Group New Leaders Welcome Ceremony opened on an uplifting note with the presentation of appointment certificates to the new leaders.



The three leaders shared their visions for the future of Yanolja Group, outlining how they will shape the next chapter of Consumer Platform, Enterprise Solutions, and Corporation.

In 2026, let us begin every discussion and decision by putting 'consumers first'.
Let us make sure our consumers have the confidence to say, 'With NOL, I feel reassured'.
By continuously asking ourselves 'How can we make our consumers happier?' and by channeling our technology and passion into every step we take, let us move forward together as one team to become a platform that transforms travel and leisure experiences and captures the hearts of consumers around the world.

The keyword for Enterprise Solutions in 2026 is 'execution'.
We must maximize the continuous success and growth of our B2B customers and secure global competitiveness.
To achieve this, we aim to make selective and focused efforts to evolve into a globally competitive organization with strong execution capability, centered on a tech-focused approach with automation, efficiency, and intelligence.

Corporation is a newly established organization for Yanolja Group's integrated management strategy and business support function.
Through responsive and efficient support, we aim to become an 'organization that creates the most optimal playing field' for our business and technology teams to perform at their best.
Ultimately, our goal is to build Yanolja into a company where outstanding people choose to join and are inspired to work with passion: a company that truly invests in key talent.
This was followed by a message from Sujin, CEO of Yanolja Group.

When small gestures like a high-five and a chant (eusshya-eusshya) come together, Yanolja 3.0 can continue to grow with stability and solidarity as One Team, creating technology that truly moves our customers.

As Sujin finished introducing the high-five ritual, the four leaders appeared at center stage wearing oversized hand-shaped gloves.
They exchanged high-fives with one another, sharing words of encouragement and support.


This joyful moment put a smile on many Happy Makers who were watching the 2026 Yanolja Group New Leaders Welcome Ceremony, both on-site and online.
And it did not end there.
As the ceremony drew to a close, the four leaders moved toward the entrance of the 10X Hall wearing the oversized hand-shaped gloves, personally greeting each of the 300 attendees with high-fives as they exited.
It was a lively and heartfelt moment, filled with energy and connection.


Through these gestures, the leaders and Happy Makers exchanged warm greetings and mutual respect, bringing the 2026 Yanolja Group New Leaders Welcome Ceremony to a meaningful close.

From Sujin, Cheolwoong, Junyoung, and Chanseok to all of our Happy Makers, this marked a new beginning, one where high-fives were exchanged genuinely, sharing encouragement, trust, and support as Yanolja 3.0 opens up its next chapter.
