2. Entrustment of personal information processing

To improve our services, the company entrusts your personal information as described below. Upon entering into an entrustment agreement, the company stipulates the necessary provisions to ensure the safe management of your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 3. Information subject's rights and obligations and how to exercise them

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or request suspension of processing of your personal information registered with the Company ([email protected]) at any time. However, if access and correction are prohibited or restricted by law, the Company may limit or refuse access and correction, informing you of the reason for the restriction. The Company may also request submission of relevant documents necessary for correction.

4. Protection of children's personal information

The Company does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14 during the recruitment eligibility determination process.

5. Personal information destruction procedures and methods

The company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period expires or upon the user's request for destruction. The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.

Destruction Procedure: After the purpose of personal information collection is achieved, it is stored separately for a certain period of time in accordance with internal guidelines and obligations under relevant laws and regulations, and then destroyed.

Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is permanently destroyed in a way that prevents the records from being reused, and personal information printed on paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
