The answer is clear. “Yes. Yanolja is a global Travel Tech company leading the market with over 60 offices across 30 countries worldwide.”


In mid-January, we witnessed this reality firsthand in Prague, Czech Republic. Colleagues from around the globe gathered as one to envision our ambitious goals for 2026. Here is the vivid story of our 4-day journey at the 'Yanolja Go Global Sales Conference 2026'.






Uniting 300 Colleagues Across Borders and Languages



This conference brought together members from Yanolja Go Global and Yanolja Enterprise Solutions. Over 300 colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product joined the event, including Junyoung Lee, President of the Enterprise Solutions Division.


The sight of colleagues gathering not only from Korea and Asia but also from Europe and as far as Africa was a true testament to Yanolja's diversity. Although we speak different languages and come from different cultural backgrounds, the atmosphere was instantly filled with energy because we all look toward the same horizon.


It was a moment to deeply feel that we are truly 'One Team', tightly connected beyond physical distances.







Building Tomorrow, Together in Prague



The slogan for this conference was 'Building Tomorrow, Together'. The three-day schedule was not just about delivering information; it was a process of actively contemplating Yanolja's future together and converging our collective energy to find new goals.


On Day 1 and Day 2, sessions focused on sharing the 2026 roadmap and discussing concrete execution strategies.

  • Global Presence: Reaffirming Yanolja's global stature, demonstrated by colleagues from Asia, Europe, and Africa.
  • Shared Vision: Strategic alignment to ensure everyone moves with a single mind to lead the market.

The intense questions and insights poured out during each session were enough to show the technological pride Yanolja holds. By sharing market characteristics of each region and deliberating on optimal solutions, attendees spent valuable time synchronizing perfectly toward a single goal.
