YCGG Partners with Utransfer

Flat fee of KRW 5,000 (approx. $3.60) per transaction and real-time base exchange rates introduced

Up to 90% savings compared to conventional methods; all first-time transfer fees waived through year-end

Yanolja Cloud Go Global Korea (YCGG), led by CEO Minwoo Kim, today announced a strategic partnership with Utransfer, a leading fintech company specializing in international remittances, to ease the cross-border payment burden on Korean travel agencies.

Through this collaboration, the two companies are launching an innovative payment solution that sets a flat remittance fee of KRW 5,000 per transaction, while applying real-time base exchange rates instead of opaque rate markups. This ensures a more transparent and cost-effective structure that both agencies and travelers can trust.

Traditionally, travel agencies in Korea have relied on bank wire transfers or overseas payment gateway (PG) services to settle payments with hotels and airlines abroad. These methods often involve hidden conversion fees and inflated exchange rates, offering limited real financial benefits.

By adopting the new YCGG–Utransfer solution, agencies can accurately forecast costs with the fixed fee and achieve savings of up to 90% compared to conventional methods. The service can be easily requested through a simple partnership inquiry form on the Go Global Travel website, making it highly accessible.

As part of the rollout, YCGG and Utransfer will waive all first-time transfer fees through the end of this year, encouraging more agencies to experience the benefits firsthand. The companies also plan to extend this promotion into next year’s peak travel season, further contributing to cost savings across the industry.

"For Korean travel agencies to truly compete with global OTAs, they need more than just payment options—they need structural solutions that protect their profitability," said Minwoo Kim, CEO of YCGG. "This partnership marks an important turning point, enabling our partners to safeguard their margins while offering travelers more affordable services."
