Yanolja, a global travel tech company led by Group CEO Sujin Lee, will participate in AI Week 2025 – AI Festa, taking place from September 30 to October 2 at COEX in Seoul, where it will showcase its travel-focused vertical AI services and latest R&D achievements.

AI Festa is Korea’s largest digital and AI exhibition, drawing more than 350 companies and over 30,000 attendees annually. The event is hosted and organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT), the Korea AI & Software Industry Association (KOSA), and the Super-Large AI Promotion Council, and serves as the flagship event of the government-designated AI Week, aimed at positioning Korea as one of the world’s top AI powers.

At this year’s event, Yanolja will receive the Korea Data Agency President Award at the Korea Digital Future Innovation Awards for its VoIP-based interactive AI automation service “Tella” (project name). Tella is a vertical AI solution that automates customer-facing operations for travel businesses, such as hotel front desks, through voice-based reservation automation and multilingual response capabilities. Supporting real-time translation across more than 20 languages during live calls, Tella lowers language barriers and enables smoother communication between customers and travel operators. The award recognizes Yanolja’s ability to deliver practical, real-world AI innovation tailored to the travel industry.

On October 1, Jeff Kim, CEO of Yanolja Cloud, will take the stage as a speaker at the Future Tech Conference. In the session titled “From AI-Powered SaaS to Real-World Impact,” he will present on “The Future of Hyper-Personalization Through Vertical AI and Automation,” sharing insights into how vertical AI can enhance operational efficiency and enable personalized customer experiences for travel businesses.

In addition, Yanolja NEXT, the company’s R&D organization, will operate an interactive AI experience booth featuring live demonstrations of travel-specific AI solutions, including Tella. Visitors will be able to experience AI- and voice-powered reservation services, as well as image-generation services tailored to different traveler contexts. Event attendees will also receive branded giveaways, such as travel power banks and name tags.

“Yanolja’s vertical AI goes beyond technology to deliver practical solutions that address structural challenges in the travel industry,” said Haley Kim, Chief Business Officer of Yanolja. “By expanding our touchpoints with customers and the broader public, we aim to showcase our global R&D achievements while further strengthening our vertical AI capabilities to accelerate innovation across the future of travel.”
