Yanolja Group to accelerate hotel operation automation by combining data/AI technology with InnKey’s infrastructure

Yanolja (CEO Sujin Lee), a global travel tech company, is accelerating its attack on the global hotel solution market. Yanolja Cloud Solution, a member of Yanolja Enterprise Solution, announced that it has acquired 'InnKey', an India-based hospitality solution company.

 

Through this acquisition, Yanolja Cloud Solution will further strengthen its competitiveness within the global enterprise hospitality market and speed up its expansion into global markets such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

InnKey is an enterprise-grade hospitality solution company that provides a single integrated platform for front office, F&B, finance, and customer experience management. It currently supports the operation of over 500 hotels targeting India and key emerging markets.

In particular, based on the expertise gained by supplying solutions to major Indian hotel groups such as The Fern, Pride, Orchid, Treat, and Accord, it is proving its unrivaled technical reliability through integration with the global hotel ecosystem.

 

Starting from this acquisition, Yanolja Cloud Solution plans to combine its own and InnKey’s solution lineups and capabilities to strengthen integrated solution competitiveness that encompasses everything from small-to-medium accommodations to global large-scale hotel chains.

Especially based on enterprise solutions optimized for medium-to-large hotels and global hotel groups, it will simultaneously support operational efficiency and customer experience innovation.

 

Building on this, Yanolja Group intends to further solidify the direction of hotel operation automation by combining its own AI and data technology with InnKey’s solid solution infrastructure.

While increasing efficiency across overall hotel operations including reservations, operations, and customer service, the group also plans to advance next-generation hospitality operating systems by establishing an AI-based intelligent operating environment.
