NOL UNIVERSE, Yanolja Consumer Platform Division, today announced the integration of its travel, leisure, and culture platforms under the NOL brand, marking a major milestone in its evolution into a differentiated AI Travel Agency (ATA).
The company will consolidate accommodation, flights, tours, leisure activities, and ticketing services previously offered across multiple platforms into a single NOL platform, delivering a new hyper-connected customer experience.
The integration represents a significant transformation in building a unified leisure ecosystem by bringing together previously fragmented service categories. Customers will be able to enjoy a seamless experience throughout every stage of their journey—from inspiration and planning to booking and travel. The integrated platform will also create synergies across categories, enabling more competitive pricing and enhanced value.
As the first phase of the integration, NOL Interpark Tour and NOL Ticket will merge into the NOL platform this September, followed by the phased integration of Triple, accelerating the company's vision of an AI Travel Agency that connects every step of the customer journey.
All existing services will remain available until the integration is complete, and customers will continue to access their existing reservations through the NOL platform afterward.
The premium membership program Topping, widely popular among performing arts enthusiasts through NOL Ticket, will also continue under NOL without changes, allowing members to retain their existing benefits.
Building on this integration, NOL UNIVERSE aims to become an irreplaceable global AI Travel Agency. By concentrating its capabilities into a single platform, the company seeks to strengthen its leadership in Korea while delivering differentiated customer experiences that resonate globally, positioning NOL as a leading Korean travel, leisure, and culture platform.
To celebrate the successful integration and launch of the unified NOL platform, the company will host a nine-week customer appreciation campaign from June 15 through August 17. Existing NOL Interpark Tour and NOL Ticket members will enjoy exclusive discounts and coupons on international and domestic travel products, as well as ticket promotions available through NOL.
